We can't legally create accounts in your name, and frankly you shouldn't want us to. So you do three things — about 15 minutes total — and we do everything else.
Create your hosting account
We recommend Hetzner* — cheap, reliable, EU-based. But you can use whichever provider you prefer. Sign up using your name and card. We'll walk you through the setup.
Choose your AI brain
Sign up at OpenRouter (or Anthropic, or OpenCode — your call). Generate an API key. You pay them directly for the AI itself.
Make a Telegram bot
Two minutes inside Telegram. We send you a short guide. You end up with a bot token, which is how your agent reaches you.
Everything else
Server provisioning, OS hardening, Hermes installation, Composio configuration, integration wiring, skill installation, vault initialisation, testing, documentation — all of it.
Hand-over
You receive everything you'd need to run, modify, or migrate this yourself. No lock-in. Ever.
Start using it
You message your assistant on Telegram and it starts working. Most customers find their first useful answer within the first hour.
Every account is in your name. On your card. Yours from day one.
We don't keep your credentials. We don't host your data. We don't own the server. We don't pay for the AI. When the setup is done, you revoke our access and everything is yours — accounts, server, data, vault, the lot.
You couldn't be locked in even if we tried. That's the point.

From £199 paid to working assistant — step by step.
You pay £199
Stripe checkout. You'll receive an email immediately with a short onboarding form — the three things we need from you to get started.
You do your three steps
Create your hosting (Hetzner*, DigitalOcean, Hostinger — your call), AI provider, and Telegram accounts. About 15 minutes of work. If your provider needs ID verification, that's the longest bit. We can walk you through it on a call if you'd like.
We build your assistant
You share credentials securely. We provision the server, install Hermes, configure your integrations, build your starter skills, and test everything end-to-end. You receive updates as each milestone completes.
Handover and first questions
You receive your handover document with everything you need. We connect on Telegram to walk through any questions and discuss what configuration makes sense for how you actually work.
You are on your own — but not stranded
The instance is yours. You operate it. We stay in touch via Telegram — here if you need us.
Let's be clear about what this is and isn't.
This isn't a SaaS subscription. You pay once. The assistant lives on infrastructure you own and pay for directly (hosting is typically £5–15/month depending on provider; your AI usage with OpenRouter or similar is typically £10–30/month depending on use).
This isn't free support forever. We're available for 14 days after handover to answer questions. After that, we're a paid service if you need us back.
This isn't ChatGPT with a wrapper. This is a real agent with persistent memory, structured skills, and direct access to your accounts. It can take action — send emails, schedule meetings, file documents — not just answer questions.
This isn't for everyone. If you want to fiddle with prompts and tinker, you can do this yourself for free — start with the open-source Hermes documentation. This is for people who'd rather pay £199 to skip the weekend.
One-time. No subscriptions. No surprises.
Total monthly running cost typically £18–40 to third parties — none of it to us. You only ever pay us again if you choose to.
A few honest answers
How long does it take?
Most setups complete within a few days of receiving your credentials. We don't promise instant turnaround — getting it set up properly matters more than getting it set up fast. You'll know what's happening at each step.
Why £199 and not free?
You can do this yourself for free if you want — the Hermes documentation is excellent and the software is open source. £199 is what we charge to skip the weekend. If you'd enjoy the setup, save the money and have at it.
Why do I need to verify my identity?
Most EU hosting providers — Hetzner included — require ID verification under EU fraud prevention rules. It's a one-time check that takes about 10 minutes via video call or document upload. Strict rules mean fewer bad actors on the platform, which is part of why these providers are reliable. We'll walk you through it.
What happens to my data?
It lives on your server, in your hosting account. We never copy it. We see your credentials only long enough to configure the server, then we delete them. Your conversations, your vault, your files — all stay under your control.
What if I want to cancel?
You don't cancel us — we've already done the work. If you want to stop using the assistant, you log into your hosting provider and delete the server. We don't get a say. You own the thing.
Will you maintain the server for me?
Not as part of this fee. We're launching a managed service soon — flat monthly fee, we keep everything running, updated, and secure. Setup customers get first access and a discount. Join the waitlist when you sign up.
Can you customise it for my business?
The £199 setup includes three starter skills tuned to your work. If you need deeper customisation — workflows built around how your business actually operates, ongoing development, full management — that's our Enterprise service. See below.
If you'd rather not operate it yourself.
The £199 setup gets your Hermes running. After that, you're the operator — you talk to it, you learn what it can do, you decide what to build next. That's the right answer for most people.
Some businesses want the other thing: an AI worker installed in their operations, trained on how they actually work, with custom skills built for their specific workflows, managed month to month. Not a tool to learn. A team member to delegate to.
That's our Enterprise service. Done-for-you setup, custom skill development, integrated with your business tools, monthly review calls, ongoing management. Typical engagement runs £3,000–10,000 per month depending on scope.
